We meet the passionate staff of German director Eike Schmidt, his assistants, architects, custodians and the concierge. We witness sensitive negotiations with British artist Antony Gormley over the placement of one of his sculptures. Different mentalities and viewpoints collide - European cooperation “en miniature”.
