Mac, a struggling marketing executive, returns to Sweet Grove to plan her best friend Olivia's wedding. She reunites with ex Dylan, who works on his father's farm. They grow close, but Mac suspects Dylan wants her farm. Wedding plans fail, disappointing Olivia. With assistant Tristen, Mac saves the farm, reconciles with Dylan, and saves the wedding.
