A shiver of glowing, radioactive sharks is terrorizing the coast of San Diego, boiling the ocean's water and everything in it. As dead fish start washing up on shore, it's up to brave lifeguard, Gina, and a motley crew of equally selfless local defenders, to protect the unsuspecting swimmers from the mutated aquatic predators.
